Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE(Updated)
We hope you love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
2) Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

Free of stains, odors (perfume/smoke), and damage

Returned with original tags/packaging (if included)
Packaging requirements (please follow carefully):

Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible (poly bag / dust bag / protective bag).

Place the item(s) in a sealed outer shipping bag/box to prevent damage in transit.

Do not attach tape or shipping labels directly to the product or inner packaging.

Include your order number inside the parcel (a note is fine).
Non-returnable items (unless damaged/incorrect):

Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)

Items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or normal wear

Returns that do not meet the conditions above
Important: Please do not send returns to the address printed on your package. That is not our return address and may delay or prevent processing.
3) How to Start a Return or Exchange (Authorization Required)
We do not accept returns sent back without authorization.
Step 1: Email us at service@teefit80s.com with:

Item(s) you want to return/exchange

Reason for return/exchange

Photos (required for damaged/incorrect items)
Step 2: We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Ship your return and email us the tracking number once shipped.
4) Return Shipping Costs

If the return/exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (damaged item, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a suitable resolution.
Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If a return package is lost in transit and no tracking is provided, we may be unable to process the return.
5) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)

Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable

Refund amount excludes return shipping costs (if customer-paid)
6) Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we can offer:

A refund (once the return is received), or
-
An alternative item, or
-
Store credit (if you prefer)
7) Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
8) International Taxes & Duties
For international orders, taxes and duties may be charged by your local customs office. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused due to unpaid taxes/duties and is returned or destroyed by the carrier/customs, we may be unable to provide a refund.
9) Return Address (Authorized Returns Only)
Please contact us first to get return authorization before shipping anything back.
